As a therapeutic massage therapist,
I encounter owners daily who truly
don't understand their horses. What
they should eat, how to supplement
energy, why their colts have crooked
legs, why they tie up, why they don't
stay sound, how to promote general
good health as well as address
various injuries and specific health
crisis. It is very difficult to explain
these things in anything but general
terms in the field.
This handbook will give me the
opportunity to put an enormous
amount of information in their hands
when it is most needed. Information
that they can digest in their own
time, that is easy to read and makes
sense. My goal is to reach as many
horses as we can either through our
individual work or teaching others.
