Peggy spent the first year I owned her at her trainer, and, although he fed her the PGR and TNT I brought, also fed her overmuch alfalfa. When I finally was able to bring her home, I noticed her manure smelled particular pungent and unpleasant; it almost had a metallic odor and I could smell it from quite some distance away. Knowing she’d had a lot of vaccinations and deworming in her past, I put her on a 30 day Excel cleanse. I’m happy to report that her manure smells quite normal, and not only that, but her coat looks shinier and darker. She also has dapples for the first time that I can remember. On another note, I felt her topline was looking a bit underdeveloped, so I added 1 cup of HES to her PGR, Dynamite, and minerals.
