  • Fluoride & Reverse Osmosis -  Reverse Osmosis doesn't always take out all
the fluoride from city water. It can remove a goodly part but can still leave
some depending on the unit. According to Cathy Justus, who lost numerous
horses to fluoride poisoning, she recommends:  "The only it all out is to distill
the way I have found to get all out is to distill the water. In fact we run our
water through the reverse  osmosis, which has three filters,  and take that
water and run it out is to distill the water and you wouldn't believe the gunk
and stuff we would clean out of the distiller. What we got could take out with
a butter knife and was close to the color and consistency of peanut butter. "
For more information on fluoride-related issues, please email Cathy at
    justusoriginals@pagosa.net

  • ... and More  -  Carla, a friend who lives in the Wellington area, has recently
discovered a connection between fluoride in the water and the health of one
of her horses who has been very health challenged for years. She has been in
contact with Cathy Justus and Carla says so much is falling into place for her
now, including some thyroid problems of her own. She has suggested the
    following links . . .

  • Grass-fed Raw Meat Diet for Dogs & Cats -  if you've been searching for a
totally natural BARF diet for your dog/s, I have found one! Grass-fed beef, raw
meaty bones and smoked liver dog treats are available at http://www.
americandogtreats.com. To complete the diet, just add some raw berries (or
other fruits) and some cooked veggies and greens (or Dynamite Herbal Green)
.... plus some salmon/krill/cod liver oil and that's it! If you're eating a good,
chemical-free alkaline diet, you can just add your kitchen left-overs to your
pet's dinner. If you DON'T have a pet, these are human quality foods - the
meaty raw bones would make fabulous soup stock!

Testimonial  -- PRICELESS TRUST
With all the terror of the gigantic pet food recall going on, I just received a
phone call from my downline Andrea Purdy, a CSU professor. She said it's so
wonderful to be able to fully trust her Dynamite Diet for Dogs! And she had just
been called by one of her dog food customers who was thrilled that she had no
concerns either while so many of her friends were frantic. So once again, THANK
YOU Dynamite for holding to the high integrity of premium pure ingredients....
what a difference!

Book Review -- Hidden Truth about Cholesterol-Lowering
Drugs: How to Avoid Heart Disease Naturally by Shane
Ellison, M.Sc.

Not exactly a new book but extremely timely. Here are some doctor-generated
AMAZON.COM REVIEWS...

*****Wake up, get your health back! November 7, 2006
Pharmaceutical companies are profiting by shortening the lifespan of American's.
We are the proverbial lamb being led to the slaughterhouse. Shane's books
provide research laden proof that we are being bamboozled into believing we
are a healthy nation living longer, healthier lives by consuming mass quantities
of prescription drugs. Conversation of the over 50 crowd is about their disease
rather than their health. Very sad! Shane's book can change this by exposing
the truth behind the cholesterol myth and the ulterior motives of "BIG PHARMA".
A must read if you want to live a long healthy life. It's easier than you might
think! Thank You Shane!

*****Sanity in an insane health care system! February 25, 2006
Once again Shane Ellison shatters common myths and misconceptions about
what the late Robert Mendelsohn M.D. called the "religion of modern medicine".
Hypercholesterolemia and its treatment with statin drugs could wind up making
the lies exposed in the Vioxx and Cox2 inhibitor scandal look insignificant with
the number of lives it will affect and ruin. Written in clear, simple everyday
language even the most remedial reader can get the message; "open your eyes
and act, before its too late". You and your loved ones lives may depend on it.

Did you know?...   (from various sources)

  • Good-for-you Curry - Turmeric, an orange-yellow powder from the Asian
plant Curcuma longa, is an ingredient in curry that shows promise treating
Alzheimer's disease, cancer, and other degenerative diseases.

  • Selenium - Research shows that consuming daily selenium may suppress the
progression of the HIV viral load and improve immune function in patients
infected with human immunodeficiency virus-I (HIC-1)

  • Anticlotting - Aged garlic, tomatoes, grape juice, fresh onions, green tea, and
the spice turmeric all provide important anti-clotting benefits.

  • Electrolyte Balance - Potassium is a key mineral and vital in combination
with sodium for the best electrolyte benefits.

  • Chlorine - The free chlorine found in chlorinated water, Splenda (R), and
household bleach should NOT be confused with dietary chloride.

  • Nutty Nutrients - Nuts from trees such as the almond, cashew, hazelnut,
macadamia, pecan, pinenut, pistachio, and walnut, are very high in healthy
fats and fat-soluble vitamin E as well as protein, fiber, iron, calcium, the
    major B vitamins, Bi/Thiamine, B2/Riboflavin, B3/Niacin, and other vitamins
and minerals. Many seeds are equally nutritious.

  • Celiac Disease on Rise - Celiac disease, or gluten-sensitive enteropathy, has
been described as the most common genetic disease in the country, affecting
one in every 133 people, up from one in 5,000.  It is particularly prevalent
among people of European descent. Ingesting gluten (wheat, barley, rye, &
oats)  jump-starts a reaction that causes certain immune system cells to
attack the intestine, leaving the gluten-intolerant unable to properly absorb
nutrients. While doctors have long recognized the symptoms of gastro-
intestinal distress, bloating, fatigue and lethargy, the affects on the brain
have not been widely known: ADD, hyperactivity, general brain fog. Other
symptoms can include knee pain and infertility or miscarriages. Many celiacs
are also sensitive to corn. The only way to control celiac is to totally avoid all
gluten which can be hidden in a multitude of packaged foods, including those
from the health food store and even soy sauce. Alternatives to the standard
grains include: millet, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, rice, and wild rice. Also
widely used in celiac recipes are tapioca, arrowroot flour, rice flour and potato
    starch.

  • Stairs to Health - Two different studies have proven that counting stairs
rather than miles may be the key to fitness. Study author Colin Boreham, PhD,
of the University of Ulster claims both male and female participants not only
boosted their fitness level, but also improved their cholesterol level enough to
cut their risk of cardiovascular disease by 33%. They were asked to climb 100-
200 stairs per day. Because stair climbing is such a vigorous exercise, the
higher intensity plays a key factor in these benefits. Dr. Boreham calculates
the improvement is comparable to what you'd achieve by walking about 2
miles a day, which takes most people 35 to 40 minutes. From a calorie-
burning perspective, you'd have to walk briskly for 30 minutes to burn the
same number of calories that you would climbing stairs for 15 minutes.

  • Flu Vaccine for Children? - When given the flu vaccine, children can be
exposed to dangerous levels of the preservative known as thimerosal, which is
approximately 50% mercury. Mercury is a neuro/nephrotoxin. The World Health
Organization (WHO) insists that the upper limit for mercury exposure is 0.47
ug/kg/day.  At this exposure, the Environmental Protection Agency reports
that humans experience negative central nervous system effects such as
tremors, mood changes, shyness and slowed sensory and nerve function.  By
the liberal WHO standards, this equates to a safe upper limit of 2.13ug for a
10lb baby. According to the Food and Drug Administration a single vaccine can
deliver a whopping 25.0ug of mercury - 11 times the safe upper limit for our
    vulnerable 10lb baby.

  • Breaking the Camel's Back - In the face of an epidemic of deaths from lung
cancer, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. has introduced a new cigarette aimed
specifically at young women. Its slogan is "light and luscious," and flowers
surround packs of the cigarette in forthcoming magazine ads.

  • Sleep as Good as Exercise? -- According to a study by Cornell University the
benefits received by catching thirty extra minutes of shut-eye are almost the
same as those gained by that morning run. Such as .... "a faster metabolic
rate, a 15% drop in caloric intake, a 41% lower risk of diabetes, and 50%
stronger immune system." The article went on to state that the extra sleep
cuts down on the risk of depression, energy slumps, and carb cravings. Michael
Smolensky, Ph.D, professor environmental health at the University of Texas
School of Public Health in Houston said that people who consistently make
time for a full night's sleep had lower blood pressure and were better able to
cope with life's pressures even on hectic days. He said, "It's far healthier to
cut back to 30 minutes of exercise daily so there is time for eight hours of
    restful sleep each night."

  • Is GM Corn Killing Our Honeybees? -- A German study may have identified a
simple answer to the problem of recent massive die-off's of honeybees in this
country: The ongoing blight of genetically modified (GM) crops. When bees
were released in a GM rapeseed crop, then fed the pollen to younger bees,
scientists discovered the bacteria in the guts of the young ones mirrored the
same genetic traits as ones found in the GM crop. In addition to providing
honey, the bees are vital to crop pollination

Point to Ponder #1 -  Advantages of Walking Over Running
by Lillie Ross
www.lillieross.com

As you know, I am a big advocate of walking. According to Prevention Magazine,
there are eight ways that walking makes you young!

1. Reduces excess weight
2. Lowers blood pressure
3. Cuts cholesterol
4. Boosts energy
5. Takes you outdoors
6. Reduces stress
7. Improves sleep
8. Relieves aches and pains

If you think that walking can't help with the old waistline, think again. According
to a study from
Washington University in St. Louis, a brisk walk at a pace of 4 1/2 miles per
hour actually burns
more calories than RUNNING at the same pace. Wow! And, it is so much better
on the knees.

Prevention also suggests that you try to walk every day. This will probably
result in at least 5 or 6 times a week. If you try for any fewer days, you will
probably walk fewer days.

And remember, it doesn't have to be thirty minutes at a time. Three Ten-minute
increments will give you the same results.

So as a famous cowboy once said, "Happy Trails!"

...... walking is far easier on the joints for sure, especially for older folk. Better
yet is to warm up and cool down with some good Yoga stretches. Did you know
that the Israeli army conditions its service people by walking? Of course that is
with packs and boots! As an alternative to that, and as you become
conditioned, strap on ankle and wrist weights to make your walking even more
effective. Remember to stay well-hydrated when you're walking and sweating...
drink a minimum of 10 cups of pure water per day - to make sure it is
electrolyte balanced, beef it up with your day's allotment of
Elixir (and, in hot
weather and heavy sweating,  even add just a pinch of
NTM Salt ) and Catalyst
Water (for easier cellular intake)

Point to Ponder #2 - My Top 10 Uses of Vinegar in the
Home! by Annie B. Bond
http://www.care2.
com/channels/solutions/home/3284

Once on a plane I sat next to one of the world’s experts on vinegar. Talk about
synchronicity! Who better to sit next to me, the author of Clean & Green? What
I learned from him expanded my appreciation of vinegar from a good grease
cutter and window cleaner to oh so many more things! Vinegar is now right up
there with baking soda as indispensable, and here’s why:

1. Killer of Bacteria, Mold & Germs - Heinz company spokesperson Michael
Mullen references numerous studies to show that a straight 5 percent solution
of vinegar—such as you can buy in the supermarket—kills 99 percent of bacteria,
82 percent of mold, and 80 percent of germs (viruses). He noted that Heinz
can't claim on their packaging that vinegar is a disinfectant since the company
has not registered it as a pesticide with the Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA). However, it seems to be common knowledge in the industry that vinegar
is powerfully antibacterial. Even the CBS news show 48 Hours had a special last
December with Heloise reporting on tests from The Good Housekeeping
Institute that showed this.
Just like antibiotics, common disinfectants found in sponges and household
sprays may contribute to drug resistant bacteria, according to researchers of
drug resistance at Tufts New England Medical Center. Furthermore, research at
the Government Accounting Office shows that many commercial disinfectants
are ineffective to begin with, just like antibiotics.
Keep a clean spray bottle filled with straight 5 percent vinegar in your kitchen
near your cutting board, and in your bathroom, and use them for cleaning. I
often spray the vinegar on our cutting board before going to bed at night, and
don't even rinse, but let it set overnight. The smell of vinegar dissipates within
a few hours.

2. Grease Cutter - Spray straight 5% vinegar on greasy surfaces to effectively
cut grease.

3. Floor Cleaner - Floor Cleaner with Fragrant Herbs: 1/8 cup liquid soap or
detergent, 1/4 to 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar, 1/2 cup fragrant herb tea
(peppermint is great as it adds antibacterial qualities). Combine ingredients in a
pail or bucket. Swirl the water around until it is sudsy. Proceed as normal and
discard unused formula

4. For Windows - Make a great all-purpose window cleaner by combining 1/4
cup vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon liquid soap or detergent, and 2 cups of water in a
spray bottle. Shake to blend.

5. Toilet Bowl Deodorizer - Spray rim with straight 5% vinegar after every use
and wipe off.

6. Remover of Mineral (scale) Buildup - Vinegar performs the magic! All you
need to do is pour straight household vinegar into the bowl or glass with scale
and it instantly dissolves the minerals and it is crystal clear clean. For the
shower stall or around a sink faucet, soak a washcloth in straight vinegar and
lay the cloth over the area for as long as needed.

7. Fabric Softener - Fabric softeners reduce static cling by coating fabric with a
waxy film that fluffs up clothes and changes the negative electrical charge from
the detergent. Try adding a capful of vinegar to your machine instead of toxic
softeners.

8. Furniture Cleaner - instead of toxic, petroleum-based furniture polish, mix
1/4 cup vinegar with a few drops of oil (olive, jojoba, food-grade linseed oil or
even Tea Tree Oil)

9. Drain Clearer - Pour 1 cup of baking soda followed by 3 cups of boiling water
and 1 cup vinegar. The boiling water will change the chemical composition of
baking soda, making it more alkaline and the baking soda and viegar react with
each other to cause bubbling and fizzing which can unlodge clogs. Repeat a few
times until the drain is clear.

10. Brass Cleaner - Vinegar will remove tarnish.

....... I have used vinegar for "ever" just like these suggestions with great
results. My favorite "today" vinegar is
Dynamite Super ACV, a raw organic
vinegar considerably stronger than standard grocery store types. In addition to
all the above uses (plus adding a bit to our dishwasher rinse cycle), we also
use it for all vinegar needs in cooking and salad dressings - yum! Some folks
believe that taking a teaspoon of
ACV in water upon arising and prior to every
meal helps keep them regular and stimulates digestion for aid in losing weight.
For those who still prefer to simply buy various home cleaners, try the superior
and chemical-free
EcoSense products - they are excellent!

Point to Ponder # 3 - On Guard for Gardasil by Richard
Moss, PhD
                                        www.cancerdecisions.com

Until recently, most people had never heard of the human papillomavirus (HPV).
But in June, 2006, when the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced
that it had granted approval to a new vaccine called Gardasil, public awareness
of HPV began to grow. Gardasil, manufactured by the drug company Merck, is a
vaccine that protects against four specific strains of the human papillomavirus,
two of which are associated with genital warts and the other two with the
development of cervical cancer.

Once Gardasil was approved, Merck began an intense media campaign to raise
public awareness - and public fear - of HPV. The campaign was cleverly targeted
at the parents - but particularly the mothers - of young girls, with the aim of
igniting acute concern about cervical cancer. Mothers who felt that their
daughters were at risk of a potentially deadly viral infection would rush to get
their daughters vaccinated with Gardasil, and would pressure their elected
representatives to include Gardasil in the panel of vaccinations that are required
for school entry.

Fear is a powerful incentive, as Margaret McGlynn, Merck's president for
vaccines, clearly understands: "Each and every day that a female delays getting
the vaccine there is a chance she is exposed to human papillomavirus," she
said, in an interview with the New York Times.

Merck's campaign was highly successful. On February 7th, Rick Perry, the
Republican governor of Texas, signed an executive order making vaccination
with Gardasil mandatory for all 11- and 12-year old girls entering the Texas
public school system from this coming September onwards.

If HPV were a clear threat to public health, if there were no other means of
preventing cervical cancer, and the lives of tens of thousands of our youngsters
were at imminent risk of a virulent contagion, rushing to vaccinate as many
children as possible might make sense. But we are not talking here about a
rampant contagion which is cutting short the lives of children, and for which
there is no other defense except vaccination. Neither are we talking about a
vaccine that is tried and trusted: Gardasil has only just been approved, and the
maximum follow-up time so far is just 4 years. We simply have no idea what
the safety profile and adverse reaction rate will be when the vaccine is given to
vast numbers of young people over a protracted period.

In short, there are enormous and troubling questions still surrounding Gardasil,
and until those questions are answered – by science, not by public relations
campaigns – then pushing to make the vaccine mandatory is an affront to the
principles of informed consent.

In the past few months I have received literally dozens of requests to write
about Gardasil and the controversies surrounding it. This week I am pleased to
announce the launch of a newly completed full-length report on the subject – On
Guard: Gardasil. This report, another in our expanding Current Topics series, can
be purchased for $9.95 and downloaded directly from our Web site by going to:

https://webssl.cancerdecisions.
com/list/optin.php?form_id=24

I urge you to read this report. The issues it raises concern all of us, not only
those who are the parents of school age daughters. When enforceable social
policy measures are made with such extraordinary haste in the absence of any
clear and immediate threat to public health, one has to ask for whose benefit
have these measures been taken? Will children really be the beneficiaries of
this policy, as the public relations experts have cast it – or is it Merck which
stands to reap the rewards?

....... for another take on the issue of Gardasil and possible corruption, click on
http://healthtruthrevealed.com/full-page.php?id=1225145302&&page=article to
read an article entitled
Texas Governor Perry took Merck money before
mandating cervical vaccine
by David Edwards & Mike Sheehan. For our views
on vaccination as a whole, read my article on
vaccines. There ARE alternatives!
Ultimately, the best cancer preventive is an alkaline diet, bio-available
supplements like the
Dynamite basics plus Hiscorbadyne+ and/or SOD for
extra immune system support, cleansing from unavoidable toxins via
NCD, and
breathing and meditation techniques like I teach in my book
Living Energetically

Point to Ponder #4 -- Sweetener Explodes Internally -
Natural Alternative by Shane Ellison, M.Sc.
http://www.healthmyths.net/W3CMS/article_display.php

If there were a contest for the best example of total disregard for human life
the victor would be McNeil Nutritionals - makers of Splenda. Manufacturers of
Vioxx and Lipitor would tie for a very distant second.

McNeil Nutritionals is the undisputed drug-pushing champion for disguising their
drug Splenda as a sweetener. Regardless of its drug qualities and potential for
side-effects, McNeil is dead set on putting it on every kitchen table in America.
Apparently, Vioxx and Lipitor makers can't stoop so low as to deceptively
masquerade their drug as a candy of sort. There is no question that their
products are drugs and by definition come with negative side-effects. Rather
than sell directly to the consumer, these losers have to go through the painful
process of using doctors to prescribe their dangerous goods.

A keen student in corporate drug dealing, McNeil learned from aspartame and
saccharine pushers that if a drug tastes sweet then let the masses eat it in
their cake. First though, you have to create a facade of natural health. They did
this using a cute trade name that kind of sounds like splendid and packaged it
in pretty colors. Hypnotized, the masses were duped instantly. As
unquestionably as a dog humps your leg, millions of diabetics (and non-
diabetics) blindly eat sucralose under the trade name Splenda in place of real
sugar (sucrose).

Splenda was strategically released on April fools day in 1998. This day is
reserved worldwide for hoaxes and practical jokes on friends and family, the aim
of which is to embarrass the gullible. McNeil certainly succeeded.

The splendid Splenda hoax is costing gullible Americans $187 million annually.
(1) While many people "wonder" about the safety of Splenda they rarely
question it. Despite its many "unknowns" and inherent dangers, Splenda
demand has grown faster than its supply. No longer do I have to question my
faith in fellow Man. He is not a total idiot, just a gullible one. McNeil jokesters
are laughing all the way to the bank.

Splenda is not as harmless as McNeil wants you to believe. A mixture of
sucralose, maltodextrine and dextrose (a detrimental simple sugar), each of the
not-so-splendid Splenda ingredients has downfalls. Aside from the fact that it
really isn't "sugar and calorie free," here is one big reason to avoid the deceitful
mix...Think April fools day:

Splenda contains a potential poison

Splenda contains the drug sucralose. This chemical is 600 times sweeter than
sugar. To make sucralose, chlorine is used. Chlorine has a split personality. It
can be harmless or it can be life threatening.

In combo with sodium, chlorine forms a harmless "ionic bond" to yield table
salt. Sucralose makers often highlight this worthless fact to defend its' safety.
Apparently, they missed the second day of Chemistry 101 - the day they teach
"covalent" bonds.

When used with carbon, the chlorine atom in sucralose forms a "covalent" bond.
The end result is the historically deadly "organochlorine" or simply: a Really-
Nasty Form of Chlorine (RNFOC).

Unlike ionic bonds, covalently bound chlorines are a big no-no for the human
body. They yield insecticides, pesticides, and herbicides - not something you
want in the lunch box of your precious child. It's therefore no surprise that the
originators of sucralose, chemists Hough and Phadnis, were attempting to
design new insecticides when they discovered it! It wasn't until the young
Phadnis accidentally tasted his new "insecticide" that he learned it was sweet.
And because sugars are more profitable than insecticides, the whole insecticide
idea got canned and a new sweetener called Splenda got packaged.

To hide its origin, Splenda pushers assert that sucralose is "made from sugar so
it tastes like sugar." Sucralose is as close to sugar as Windex is to ocean water.

The RNFOC poses a real and present danger to all Splenda users. It is risky
because the RNFOC confers a molecule with a set of super powers that wreak
havoc on the human body. For example, Agent Orange, used in the U.S Army's
herbicidal warfare program, is a RNFOC. Exposure can lead to Hodgkin's
lymphoma and non-Hodgkins lymphoma as well as diabetes and various forms
of cancer! Other shocking examples are the war gas phosgene, chlordane and
lindane. (2) The RNFOC is lethal because it allows poisons to be fat soluble
while rendering the natural defense mechanisms of the body helpless.

A poison that is fat soluble is akin to a bomb exploding internally. It invades
every nook and cranny of the body. Cell walls and DNA - the genetic map of
human life - become nothing more than potential casualties of war when
exposed. Sucralose is only 25% water soluble. (3) Which means a vast majority
of it may explode internally. In general, this results in weakened immune
function, irregular heart beat, agitation, shortness of breath, skin rashes,
headaches, liver and kidney damage, birth defects, cancer, cancer and more
cancer - for generations! (1)

McNeil asserts that their studies prove it to be safe for everyone, even children.
That's little assurance. Learning from the Vioxx debacle (and many others
highlighted in my book Health Myths Exposed) which killed tens of thousands,
we know that studies can be bought and results fabricated.

Some things are worth dying for. Splenda is not one of them. What people think
of as a food is a drug or slow poison - little distinction there. It wouldn't be
wise to bet your health on it. If safe, sucralose would be the first molecule in
human history that contained a RNFOC fit for human consumption. This fact
alone makes sucralose questionable for use as a sweetener, if not instantly
detrimental to our health. Only time will tell. Until then, Ill stick to the safe and
naturally occurring stevia plant to satisfy my occasional sweet tooth in 2007.

Be forewarned though, as long as drugs can be legally disguised as sweeteners,
watch out for drugs being disguised as vitamins...Oh wait, they are already
doing that - think Lipitor.

ground pepper and set aside.

Golden Brown or Red -Simmer the brown outer skins or red skins of onions for
5-10 minutes. The more skins you use, the darker the color.

10 minutes.
Red - use raspberries or beets as above.
Lilac - Use cold grape juice for a light shade. For a darker shade, simmer the
juice for 5-10 minutes.
Pale Green - Chop and simmer the green tops of carrots or use spinach instead.
Orange - Grate the carrots, and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Chocolate-colored - Use hot coffee straight from the coffeepot.

Like me, you may not think that juggling is much beyond clever folks throwing
multiple items in the air and actually catching them. Amazing to those of us
who cannot always catch even one ball thrown straight up but...... Well, I am so
very glad I opened this video - it shows the incredible dexterity and creativity of
a man called Chris Bliss who juggles 3 balls to the music of the Beatles!!! Talk
about dancing to the tunes - oh my! To take advantage of this 4 minute visual
treat by seeing this amazing juggling finale, click
