What's New?

  • Zinc Plus - yes, Dynamite has carried Zinc Plus for years but this is a
BRAND NEW FORMULA directed toward men and especially for prostate
health....first introduced at the 2006 Conference where all attendees received
a sample bottle to try, the response has been tremendous… my testimonial in
last month's e-Meeting/Newsletter will be included in a future Dynamite
newsletter. The major formula change concerns the addition of herbs and
mushrooms which has also added to the cost. Cutting edge research shows
the added mushrooms help support the immune system among other things.
Jim Zamzow is preparing a write-up for us to better understand these
mushroom ingredients as they get added to some other human products in
the future. We have the NEW FORMULA ZINC PLUS in stock, so come and
    get it!

  • NCD - some very valuable new information on using Natural Cellular Defence
is now available on the NCD page or click here for a direct link. Also, an
excellent article on the pervasiveness of heavy metals, including the role of
cadmium in breast cancer, either from the NCD page or as a direct link here.

  • Living Energetically - my new book is in the editing stage right now but do
look for it by mid-September! Naturally I'll send out a notice/flyer when you can
obtain your copy and also post it on the front page of the website. Know that it
    is jam-packed with great information!

Book Review - Unplugged: Reclaiming Our Right to Die in
America by William H. Colby
The Right to Die in America by Chet Day
I've never written about this before, but I've been without parents for the past
several years. Though I miss my mom and dad and think of them often, I feel
lucky because both of them died without having to undergo the pain, expense,
and indignities associated with protracted illnesses and hospital horrors and
nightmares.

You see, I believe that each of us should have 100% control over when and how
we die. Sadly, most of us don't have that control here in America. Even if we
have living wills, audio taped directions, and loud relatives who know what we
want, the chances are if we end up in a hospital to die, the doctors and lawyers
are going to make the decisions about how we check out.

Well, I finished reading an empowering new book the other day written by a man
named William H. Colby. Entitled "Unplugged: Reclaiming Our Right to Die in
America," this book is the most sane and thorough presentation I've ever seen
on the topic of death in America. If you were as appalled as I was by the
manipulation, exploitation, and general insanity surrounding the Terri Schiavo
case, you'll have a much better understanding of exactly what happened to her
(and to others like her) by reading "Unplugged."

The most frightening fact of the matter is that exactly the same thing that
happened to Terri Schiavo could happen to most of us because we haven't
made the proper "just in case" preparations. You see, contrary to common
belief, living wills are ignored all too often by the men and women in the white
coats running the hospitals and making decisions for their
patients.

Happily, the author of "Unplugged" provides in the appendix of his book a
powerful supplement and/or alternative to living wills. Colby, you see, includes
for your use a blank
copy of his personal Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Decisions, a
legal document designed by himself, a lawyer who has been involved in some of
the major right to die cases
of our times. Colby represented the family of Nancy Cruzan in the first right-to-
die case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. He has appeared on Larry King
Live, Hardball, Frontline, Today,
CBS This Morning, and many national news network programs.

David Milch, creator of "Deadwood" and "NYPD Blue," writes, "Unplugged's
story-telling captures one's attention while its scope and clarity command
thoughtful concern. As we
seek to exercise control in some aspects of circumstances in which control is
often hard-won or illusory, this book's ultimate message is both insightful and
reassuring. It should be read by everyone at the risk for dying."

I couldn't have said it better myself. If you're interested in having some control
when it's time
for you to die, this is a must read.

......I am using this review by Chet Day because it certainly inspired me to
purchase this book - it is on its way to me right now from Amazon.

1)  Just ONE DAY after starting Dynamite's Adrenal Support drops I noticed
my enthusiasm for my work had risen dramatically.  And over the next two weeks
I noted a steady increase in physical energy, mental clarity and overall
enjoyment of life -- without any "jittery" side-effects whatsoever.  In fact, I am
actually experiencing a deeper inner steadiness and calm since beginning the
Adrenal Support.  Amazing stuff -- GO DYNAMITE!

Did you know?...   (from various sources)

  • STUDY FINDS BREAST FEEDING WARDS OFF BED-WETTING -- Children
breast-fed as infants are less likely to wet the bed later on, researchers
reported on Wednesday, probably because they have a developmental edge.

  • STUDY: BREAST MILK HELPS SMALLEST PREEMIES -- The tiniest
premature infants fed with breast milk in the hospital did better on tests of
mental development later in life than did others fed only formula, a new study
    has found.

  • MEDITERRANEAN BEATS LOW-FAT DIET FOR HEART HEALTH --
Mediterranean-style diets, rich in healthy fats from olive oil or nuts, may be

sexes -- in our genes. UCLA researchers report that thousands of genes
behave differently in the same organs of males and females -- something
never detected to this degree. Published in the August issue of Genome
Research, the study sheds light on why the same disease often strikes males
and females differently, and why the genders may respond differently to the
    same drug.

  • INCREASED RISK OF HANTAVIRUS FORECAST FOR U.S. SOUTHWEST
-- The Four Corners region of the United States (where Ariz., N.M., Colo. and
Utah meet) will be at greater risk for hantavirus outbreak this year than in
2005, say scientists at Johns Hopkins University, the University of New
Mexico, and other institutions.   (Strangely, hantavirus only appears right next
to bioweapons research labs in Southeast Asia and the US Southwest. Could
    this be just a coincidence?)

  • STUDY: BLOOD TEST MAY FIND EARLY LUNG CANCER -- A blood test
that looks for the body's own immune response to tumors may provide an
easy way to find lung cancer in patients long before an X-ray or CT scan
could, U.S. researchers reported on Friday.

  • UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA RESEARCHERS TAKE NEW LOOK AT
CELLULAR SUICIDE -- A protein whose regular job is to help repair severed
DNA molecules will, in some cases, join forces with another protein to do the
opposite and chop the DNA to bits, according to new research at the
University of Minnesota. The chopping up of a cell's DNA occurs in response
to damage, for example, from ultraviolet light, and appears to be a means of
killing the cell before it can become dysfunctional or cancerous.

  • BOOSTING FLU IMMUNITY IN THE ELDERLY -- As people age, their
response to the flu vaccine weakens, leaving many of the elderly unprotected

    health officials said.

  • RESEARCH PROBES ASTRONAUTS' BONE LOSS IN OUTER SPACE --
Astronauts who travel in space are at risk for bone loss in much the same way
that cancer patients who receive radiation therapy are, and both groups are
more likely to develop fractures than the general population.

  • JUDGE PLAYS GOD - OR DOCTOR  -- A judge has ruled that a 16-year-old
boy fighting to use alternative treatment for his cancer must report to a
hospital by Tuesday and accept treatment that doctors deem necessary. The
judge on Friday also found Starchild Abraham Cherrix's parents were
neglectful for allowing him to pursue alternative treatment of a sugar-free,
organic diet and herbal supplements supervised by a clinic in Mexico.

  • COMMON BACTERIA LINKED TO CIRCULATORY DISEASE -- Infection by
Helicobacter pylori, a bacteria associated with peptic ulcers and gastric
cancer, also appears to increase the risk of diseases of the circulation, also
referred to as "vascular disease," according to an analysis by Italian
    researchers.

Point to Ponder #1 -  Feds Approve Unnecessary Cervical Cancer
Vaccine That Will Make Drug Company Billions
by Dr. Joseph Mercola
http://www.mercola.
com/2006/jul/15/feds_approve_unnecessary_cervical_cancer_vaccine_that_w
ill_make_drug_company_billions.htm

All 11- and 12-year-old girls should receive a new vaccine to prevent infection
with human papillomavirus (HPV), the most common cause of cervical cancer,
according to the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP).

The recommendation is geared to reach girls before they begin sexual activity,
as HPV is the most common sexually transmitted infection in the United States.
However, the vaccine -- Gardasil, made by Merck -- is also advised for females
aged 13-26.

The Food and Drug Administration approved Gardasil in June 2006. It is
licensed for females aged 9-26 and is given in three doses over six months, at a
cost of $120 per dose.

Critics have raised concerns that states might require the HPV vaccine for
school admission, a move that would make "state officials, not parents," in
charge of the sexual health of U.S. children. No states are considering making
the vaccine a school requirement at this time.

Over 6 million Americans are infected with HPV each year. Most infections clear
up on their own, but certain types of HPV can cause cancer.

Dr. Mercola's Comment:

Yes, you read it correctly. This vaccine will cost as much as 10 times
more than other vaccines. Nearly $400 for the three-dose series.

The panel's vote all but commits the federal government to buy vaccines
for as many as 7 million girls at a total price that could exceed $2 billion.
Yes folks, $2 billion for an absolutely unnecessary and worthless
vaccine.

Let me be more precise, worthless for consumers who will receive it but
not so worthless for Merck who will make billions from this vaccine.
They have successfully manipulated the government again to transfer
even more billions to their pockets.

I haven't had a chance to research it, but my strong guess is that this
advisory panel is loaded with physicians connected to Merck and is
rampant with conflict of interest just as others have been in the past.

Merck needs this vaccine, as they are losing billions on Vioxx and
billions more on Fosamax for all the lawsuits those drugs generated.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could just get a shot, or in the future just eat a
plant that is reengineered to contain a vaccine, that would rid of us
cancer? Of course it would.

Unfortunately, that is not the way our bodies were designed. Cancer
prevention is not as simplistic as taking a vaccination. Maintaining a high
level of immune integrity is the key, and this is done through the basics
of emotional balancing, optimized nutrition, avoidance of toxins, proper
sleep, exercise and hydration.

This research is clearly another deceptive ploy by Merck to generate
revenue for their vaccine division in exchange for the delusional hope
that a vaccine will reduce the risk of cancer.

Cervical Cancer Virtually 100% Avoidable

Cervical cancer is well documented to be caused by an infection acquired
through sexual contact. So it is behaviorally avoidable. Many
conservatives oppose making this vaccine mandatory, citing fears that it
could send a subtle message condoning sexual activity before marriage.

Also, a New England Journal of Medicine study found the use of
condoms reduces the incidence of HPV by 70 percent. By comparison,
Gardasil counteracts four varieties of HPV that cause 70 percent of the
cases of cervical cancer and 90 percent of genital warts.

According to the CDC, HPV is the most common sexually transmitted
disease in America (more than 6 million women contract it annually), yet
the immune systems of many women are strong enough to clear up
these infections on their own.

Cervical Cancer Review

Cervical cancer, arising in the lining of the cervix, affects about 9,700
women in the United States each year. About 3,700 die. Worldwide, a half
million get the disease and 233,000 die.

Back in the 1970s, herpes simplex virus (HSV) was proposed as the
sexually transmitted cause of cervical cancer, based mostly on
population studies that showed a correlation of the disease with HSV
DNA. That approach shifted to HPV in the 1980s, and over the years
population studies set the pace for the now well-accepted view that
cervical cancer is strongly related to the transmission of HPV.

This is a group of more than 100 viruses, about 30 of which are said to be
linked to cervical cancer. Of these 30 or so, HPV-16 is said to be found in
50 percent of cervical cancers. HPV-18 accounts for another 20 percent.

In addition to the population studies that link HPV to cervical cancer,
there is, for example, research showing that HPV viral DNA can be found
integrated in the genetic structure of cervical cancers.

Back in 1992, however, a question was raised about the dominant and
increasingly entrenched theory that HPV causes cervical cancer. It came
from Peter Duesberg and Jody Schwartz, molecular biologists at the
University of California at Berkeley.

Among the various issues they raised about the acceptance of HPV as
the cause of cervical cancer was their fundamental concern that there
was a lack of consistent HPV DNA sequences and consistent HPV gene
expression in tumors that were HPV-positive. They instead suggested
that "rare spontaneous or chemically induced chromosome
abnormalities which are consistently observed in both HPV and HSV
DNA-negative and positive cervical cancers induce cervical cancer."

In short, Duesberg and Schwartz were pointing to the possibility that
"carcinogens may be primary inducers of abnormal cell proliferation
rather than HPV or HSV." And here's the key point: "Since proliferating
cells [cancer cells dividing wildly] would be more susceptible to infection
than resting cells, the viruses would just be indicators rather than causes
of abnormal proliferation."

The concept they raised back in 1992 is still relevant today, only science
has gone on to assume that causation of cervical cancer has been well
established.

Even the National Cancer Institute (NCI) says that "direct" causation has
not been demonstrated; however, the NCI and just about everyone else
works with the principle that it has been established. Lip service is paid to
other possible factors that may be involved in cervical cancer such as
environmental conditions, including smoking. Even dietary factors --
particularly low levels of vitamin A and folate -- have been suggested as
associated with a risk for cervical cancer.

But once a vaccine to prevent HPV infection is raised as a weapon to
prevent cervical cancer, then it's pretty clear that the medical
establishment has gone all the way in accepting a theory.
....... prevention from building the immune system and avoiding toxins to me
is the most logical course of action - you might want to read my testimonial in
last month's
E-Meeting/NL - cancer is cancer regardless of where it manifests

Point to Ponder #2 - How To Protect Yourself Against Liver Damage
by Dr. Ben Kim http://drbenkim.com/articles/protect-against-liver-damage.htm
A study published in the July 5th, 2006 edition of the Journal of the American
Medical Association indicates that taking the maximum recommended dose of
Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fourteen consecutive days can cause acute liver
damage.

Medical researchers who co-ordinated this study had 106 participants take 4
grams of acetaminophen (the equivalent of eight 500 mg tablets of extra-
strength Tylenol) every day for two weeks. Thirty-nine participants received
placebo pills.

The key results were as follows:
  • Among the participants who took acetaminophen, almost 40 percent
showed signs of acute liver damage
  • Those who showed signs of acute liver damage continued to show signs
of liver stress four days after they stopped taking acetaminophen; it took a
full eleven days for their liver enzymes to return to normal levels

Why is your liver so susceptible to damage by acetaminophen? Because
almost everything that enters your mouth, travels down your digestive tract, and
gets absorbed into your blood stream must travel directly to and through your
liver before it travels through the rest of your circulatory system.

Your liver acts as a processing plant. It receives everything that you put into your
mouth and that ends up in your blood stream, does its best to sort out useful
nutrients and harmful substances, and then packages these nutrients and
harmful substances to be delivered to your cells and eliminated from your body,
respectively.

When certain drugs like those that contain acetaminophen reach your liver for
processing, they can cause direct injury to your liver cells, sparking an
inflammatory reaction that leads to increased production of liver enzymes, which
a standard blood test can detect. If your liver cells are injured repeatedly, they
can go through a series of degenerative changes, the last ones being cirrhosis
(hardening) and cancer of the liver.

Medical drugs that list liver damage as a potential "side" effect and all forms of
alcohol are the two groups of substances that can most efficiently and
predictably cause liver damage in the fashion described above.

Protecting yourself against liver damage must begin with avoidance of said
medical drugs (whenever possible and under the guidance of your doctor) and
alcohol. It's true that not everyone who takes medical drugs and drinks alcohol
regularly over many years ends up with irreversible liver damage. Genetics and
lifestyle changes can help to ward off liver damage despite a history of alcohol
and drug use. Still, you should be aware that any amount of these two
substances can and do heap unnecessary stress onto your liver cells.

Beyond doing your best to avoid drugs and alcohol, here are some additional
steps that you can take to protect yourself against liver damage:
  • Stay away from foods that are high in unhealthy fats and/or sugar. Donuts,
deep fried fast food, and soda are three of the worst foods for your liver.
And yes, chicken McNuggets and McChicken sandwiches are deep fried.
  • Eat mainly fresh, minimally processed foods. Focus on green vegetables
and produce that comes in rich colors like field tomatoes, carrots,
avocado, mango, blueberries, and blackberries. These richly colored fruits
and vegetables contain naturally occurring antioxidants that can help to
protect your liver cells against physical injury.
  • Use extreme caution and common sense when it comes to being
physically intimate with another person. Hepatitis B and C are viruses that
can cause significant liver damage. These viruses live in all body fluids,
    including blood and seminal fluids.
  • Be aware that hepatitis C is most commonly spread via blood, and can be
acquired through contaminated needles used for IV drug injections, body
    piercing, and tattooing.
  • Strive to stay away from chemicals of all types, particularly pesticide and
insecticide sprays, which can inflict direct damage to your liver cells once
they make their way into your blood stream. Many chemicals are capable
of entering your blood stream through your skin, so try to use on your skin
only those products that you feel comfortable eating
  • One final note: if you rely on regular intake of acetaminophen to deal with
intolerable pain, I encourage you to try taking a high quality cod liver oil or
fish oil for their omega-3 fatty acids, which can be extremely effective at
    decreasing inflammation.

.... and cleansing the liver on occasion can also work wonders - see how in my
new Living Energetically book coming out in mid-September

Point to Ponder #3 - Horse Mortality Incident Traced to
Pesticide

COLLEGE STATION, July 21, 2006 Testing at the Texas A&M University
College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences and the Texas
Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory has yielded evidence that the toxic
principal responsible for the recent deaths of more than two dozen horses at
Carousel Acres Equine Center in Brazos County, Texas, was in all likelihood
phosphine gas.

Phosphine is a gaseous product released from a highly toxic fumigant pesticide
that was reportedly applied by Carousel Acres to the feed bin to kill weevils. Dr.
Richard Adams, Dean of the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine &
Biomedical Sciences, indicated necropsies on three of the horses that died at
the Texas A&M veterinary clinic all showed the presence of phosphine gas in
their stomach.

"Considering that the stable feed bin was reportedly treated with a fumigant
pesticide that releases phosphine gas as its toxic principal, and considering
that phosphine gas was detected in the horses' digestive tracts after death, the
pesticide certainly appears to be the etiologic agent, the causative factor,
responsible for this tragic situation," Adams said.
"So far, necropsy examination of the animals and toxicologic testing of bodily
materials have not revealed any apparent toxicants beyond the phosphine. This
appears to have been an unfortunate on-farm accident attributable to the
pesticide application. Contrary to some early misleading speculation, there is
no indication that the feed product itself [Strategy} was defective when it was
delivered to the farm."

                                                      FOLLOW UP        Thanks, David!
Texas Horse Talk Magazine, Steven Long, Editor - Horses Likely Died as
Result of Fumigant

As many as 28 horses died as the result of an anomaly when a fumigant used to
control insects and weevils contaminated feed used at a Brazos County stable.
The horses, housed at the Carousel Acres Equine Center Stables died over two
days, and most during the first 24 hours they were under treatment, according to
Dean Richard Adams of the Texas A&M School of Veterinary medicine.

Members of Adams team performed necropsies on three of the horses and
found that they had died after ingesting aluminum phosphide, a compound that
gave off phosphine gas causing the deaths. Adams told Texas Horse Talk
Magazine that the popular Purina pellet product Strategy has been ruled out as
the cause of death.

Symptoms exhibited by the horses included tremors, sweating, stumbling,
seizures, and ultimately collapse. "The gas is toxic to the central nervous
system," Adams said. "That is consistent with the symptoms."

Three of the horses of the champion Texas Ladies Aside equestrian drill team
were stricken. One died and the other two are undergoing treatment at the
Texas A&M University Veterinary School.

......just another indication of the terrible danger of virulent chemicals and their
effects on our animals and ourselves. Our advise as ever is to stay away from
them! And personally we would never use such a product as Strategy, either,
regardless..

Words of Inspiration  - Attitude  Thanks Julie!

There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror,
and noticed she had only three hairs on her head.

"Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today."? So she did and
she had a wonderful day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only
two hairs on her head.

"H-M-M, " she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today."?

So she did and she had a grand day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that she had
only one hair on her head.
"Well," she said, "Today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail."

So  she did and she had a fun, fun day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that there
wasn't a single hair on her head.

"YEAH!" she exclaimed, "I don't have to fix my hair today!"

Attitude is everything.
