Request from me the necessary forms which consist of a Distributor
Agreement and Distributor Application (both of which can also be
downloaded from the company's website), plus both a current Price
List and Distributor Order Form. The Price List will show you the
actual savings from Retail to Wholesale.

There is a one-time-only initial registration fee of $100 with an
annual renewal fee of $20 and absolutely no minimum ordering
requirements at the lower levels. This registration fee is usually
easily covered by the your wholesale savings.

Your first order must contain a minimum of $150 wholesale worth
of products and will be shipped freight-free except for tonnage
items such as dog food or PGR (pelleted grain ration). Subsequent
orders will be charged normal freight fees unless the order meets
the 80 point minimum to earn freight-free delivery, again, excepting
for tonnage items.
