This site has been developed using the quote from Mother Teresa (at right)
as a guideline. In fact, that is the motto by which we live every day.
For me, Living Energetically means to be living in physical and spiritual harmony with
our bodies, our animals and our environment. In other words, to be naturally
balanced thus allowing ourselves to achieve our own, personal optimum health.
The 3 Means to Balance
Because we live in an ever growing toxic environment, which has developed only
since the Industrial Revolution, we do need to be aware of what such toxicity can do
to our bodies which were never designed to handle the influx. And yes, toxicity can
also be of the soul.
It is my firm conviction (although some may think it simplistic) that by:
- reducing our bodily toxins (detoxing),
- eating as purely, simply and species' appropriate a diet as possible in order to
rebuild our health,
- and avoiding as many future toxins (physical & spiritual) as we can,
... we may enable ourselves enough so that we can then step, with full awareness
and intent, into a new philosophical and spiritual dimension. It is only then that we
may truly live a more holistic, harmonious, meaningful and joyous, healthful life.
Symptom Chasing or Personal Responsibility?
Too frequently I see people focusing on individual symptoms and diagnoses rather
than looking behind the symptoms to find the ultimate causation. This is what I call
"chasing symptoms." It results in identifying ourselves with our "disease" and
cementing that identity into our consciousnesses.
Rather, the reality I have found after a lifetime of study, reflection, and, most
importantly, experience, leads me to the conclusion that accepting personal
responsibility in our lives and lifestyles is vital for balance and healing to take place.
Once achieved, that numerous symptoms and health challenges simply cease to
exist. Others may remain depending on our personal soul endeavors since physical
health is ultimately transitory anyway.
Harmony and Balance are Key
To that end of harmony and balance, I have written my books (with more on the
way), offer monthly newsletters and various articles, and have developed this site.
Please enjoy browsing and feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
Thank you,
